A thief in law from the NSDC sanctions list was detained in the Kirovograd region
list of “thieves in law” of the National Security and Defense Council. This was reported by the press service of the National Police. – Being on the territory of Ukraine in the status of a person of increased criminal influence, the thief in law, nicknamed Armen Khokhol, organized and controlled the activities of criminal groups that commit serious and especially serious crimes of a violent and property nature, the report says. As noted in the department, the detainee received his special status in the criminal world in 2011 in Moscow. For a long time he was wanted. – On the basis of the evidence obtained, he was informed of suspicion. The attacker was hiding from the investigation and was put on the international wanted list. In addition, the National Security and Defense Council imposed sanctions against him, the police stressed. At the moment, the detainee has been placed in a temporary detention center. The issue of choosing a measure of restraint is being decided.
