“Next week could be very difficult. The Russians are planning new terrorist attacks against energy facilities. Emergency services and authorities are working on different scenarios. Many trainings have been held, the actions of power engineers and critical infrastructure have been worked out, everyone knows what they should do. We are preparing. The military is getting ready,” he wrote on Telegram.

Arakhamia urged Ukrainians to take extra care of themselves and their families. In particular, to make a supply of water, long-term storage food, charge phones and power banks, and also find out where the nearest “Point of Invincibility” is.
