Members of the United Nations Security Council stood to pay tribute to the memory of the Ukrainians who fell victim to the shelling of Russian troops. Representatives of Russia also took part in the ceremony. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky in his evening address to the Ukrainians. – Today, the UN Security Council honored the memory of all Ukrainians killed by the Russian army on our soil. Members of the Russian delegation looked around at everyone present in the Security Council hall and also decided to stand up. Just so as not to look like killers frankly. But everyone knows that this is Russian terror, it is the Russian state that is killing innocent people in this war waged against the Ukrainian people,” Zelensky said. As the president noted, he called on members of the UN Security Council to create a special tribunal to investigate the actions of Russians on Ukrainian soil. According to him, law enforcement agencies and intelligence of Ukraine are doing everything possible to identify the Russian military who are responsible for terror against our cities. Zelensky assured that their names would be known to this world and that each of the Russian military would be punished.
