Biden: UAF preparing for counteroffensive

U.S. President Joe Biden said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are preparing for a counteroffensive. This was announced by the adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko in his Telegram channel.
