CNN: Invaders blew up bridge in Bakhmut, which is a “vital artery”

The Russian invaders blew up the bridge that connects Bakhmut with the neighboring village of Khromovo at night. It has been used by both civilian and Ukrainian defenders, CNN reports.

Konstantinovka police hope to repair the bridge in the coming days, adding that the structure is important for evacuating civilians and moving supplies such as ammunition. The bridge is also the last main supply route from Bakhmut to the city of Chasov Yar.

The police added that the military still has access to the city via dirt roads and fields.

Information about the destroyed city also confirmed by a commando from Bakhmut. According to him, the enemy hit the structure with a rocket, leaving a large crater.
