THE DATA OF THE CONTAGION

There are 2,224 new cases of coronavirus registered yesterday in Campania. Of these, 609 are symptomatic. The molecular swabs analyzed are 20,325, with a percentage of positive swabs out of the total molecular swabs performed equal to 10.94%. Yesterday in Campania 5,646 antigenic swabs were also performed. In today’s bulletin released by the Crisis Unit of the Campania Region, 40 new deaths are included, 23 of which occurred in the last 48 hours and 17 occurred previously, but recorded yesterday. The total number of deaths in Campania since the beginning of the pandemic thus rises to 5,891. There are 2,168 new healed, the total healed is 267,074. In Campania there are 136 Covid patients hospitalized in intensive care, 1,557 Covid patients hospitalized in hospital wards.

In Abruzzo today 215 new positives and 243 cured

There are a total of 68741 positive cases of Covid 19 registered in Abruzzo since the beginning of the emergency. Compared to yesterday there are 215 new cases (aged between 10 months and 94 years). The total of positive cases is lower as 1 case communicated in the past few days was subtracted and the result was duplicated. This was communicated by the Regional Health Department. The positives under the age of 19 are 30, of which 14 in the province of L’Aquila, 1 in the province of Pescara, 12 in the province of Teramo and 3 in the province of Chieti. The death toll of patients recorded 5 new cases and rises to 2298 (aged between 70 and 92 years, 2 in the province of Chieti, 2 in the province of Pescara and 1 in the province of L’Aquila). Of today’s cases, 1 refers to a death that occurred in recent days and communicated only today by the Local Health Authority. The number of positive cases also includes 56211 discharged / healed (+243 compared to yesterday).

The currently positives in Abruzzo (calculated by subtracting the number of discharged / recovered and deceased from the total of positives) are 10232 (-34 compared to yesterday). Since the start of the Coronavirus emergency, a total of 951023 molecular swabs (+4361 compared to yesterday) and 378233 antigen tests (+2637 compared to yesterday) have been performed. The positivity rate, calculated on the sum of molecular swabs and antigen tests of the day, is equal to 3.1 percent. 537 patients (-20 compared to yesterday) are hospitalized in non-intensive care; 56 (-2 compared to yesterday with 2 new hospitalizations) in intensive care, while the other 9639 (-12 compared to yesterday) are in home isolation with active surveillance by the ASL. Of the total number of positive cases, 17075 are resident or domiciled in the province of L’Aquila (+93 compared to yesterday), 17584 in the province of Chieti (+40), 17529 in the province of Pescara (+17), 15816 in the province of Teramo ( +63), 548 outside the region (+1) and 189 (unchanged) for which provenance checks are underway.

In Friuli Venezia Giulia 267 cases out of 6,184 tests, 12 deaths

Today in Friuli Venezia Giulia, out of a total of 6,184 tests, 267 people tested positive for Covid: 222 from 5,490 molecular swabs with a positive percentage of 4.04%; 45 from 694 rapid antigenic tests (6.48%). There are 12 deaths recorded. There is a decrease in admissions to intensive care, 65 (-7), and those in other departments, 445 (-26). This was announced in a note by the deputy governor of the Fvg with responsibility for Health, Riccardo Riccardi. Overall deaths amounted to 3,558, with the following territorial subdivision: 753 in Trieste, 1,895 in Udine, 648 in Pordenone and 262 in Gorizia. The totally healed are 83,786, the clinically healed 4,766, while the people in isolation drop to 9,735. Since the beginning of the pandemic in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a total of 102,355 people have been positive with the following territorial division: 19,656 in Trieste, 49,217 in Udine, 19,897 in Pordenone, 12,451 in Gorizia and 1,134 from outside the region.
