PCR tests were also applied to those who had direct contact with the official in recent days
After the director of the entity Eduardo “Yayo” Sanz Lovatón reported that he tested positive for the coronavirus (Covid-19), the General Directorate of Customs (DGA) yesterday carried out a day of tests for the detection of Covid-19 to deputy directors, technicians and collaborators.
“Our main commitment is that each of the DGA collaborators, who had contact with the director of the institution, be informed about their health and rule out any possible contagion that may have occurred in recent days,” explained Degnis de León, manager of Communications of the DGA.
PCR tests were also applied to those who had direct contact with the official in recent days.
Likewise, all areas and offices were disinfected, in order to eliminate any virus or battery that was in those places.
The initiative seeks to contribute to the tranquility and well-being of those who work in the DGA, so that they continue to serve the country so that we have a more efficient, safe and modern Customs.
