Danilov hinted that Ukraine can already strike at the Russian Federation
< p>Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Aleksey Danilov said that Ukraine already has its own weapons capable of delivering strikes on Russian territory. He said this in an interview with CNN.
«It's only a matter of time before we get the F-16. They will definitely come. Unfortunately, in the meantime, we are losing our people fighting for our independence», — Danilov said.
He also hinted that Ukraine is capable of striking Russia on its own territory, outside of occupied Ukraine.
«What concerns Russian territory, no one forbids us to destroy targets with weapons produced in Ukraine. Do we have such a weapon? Yes, there are», — stressed the head of the National Security and Defense Council.
CNN recalls that Western countries have forbidden Ukraine to strike on Russian territory with weapons provided by the West. During the war, strange explosions constantly occur at strategic facilities in Russia, but Ukraine has never publicly acknowledged its responsibility for these strikes.
