According to him, the defense of Ukraine is under very strong pressure both in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. «Despite this, there have been no major changes on the line of contact», the colonel added.
Grosberg said that the Bakhmut area, where Russian troops are trying to encircle the Armed Forces of Ukraine, remains the hottest point of hostilities, continuing to attack the city from the north and south in order to gain control over the supply routes of the Ukrainian military.
Grosberg also pointed to the activation of Russian troops in the direction of Liman, which was liberated by the Ukrainians in October.

At the same time, warmer weather is not conducive to offensive operations, as the soil has become viscous, Grosberg said .
