Explosions thundered in Belgorod: authorities report downed missiles

4 missiles were shot down over Belgorod and the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. This was stated by the governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

«Our air defense system worked over Belgorod and the Belgorod region. 4 rockets were shot down. The consequences are being specified. We already know about one victim. The ambulance went to the scene. There is also damage from rocket debris in 2 private households», — he noted.

The governor added that an ambulance was taking the victim with a concussion to the hospital. The victim does not have an open wound. Condition of moderate severity. The woman is receiving the necessary medical care.

Meanwhile, local telegram channels report that flashes in the sky over Belgorod may be associated with a Russian missile that was launched into Ukraine, but exploded in the air.
