The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, sent his nephew to the occupied part of southern Ukraine to control «leaders» appointed by Russia. This was announced on the air of the telethon by the mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov.
«This week, a new «guest performer», who is Kadyrov's nephew, arrived. And in the city they are discussing that another «watcher» from Kadyrov. Previously, it was Murat Saidov, who controlled financial flows, looting and kidnapping. Today, this is Kadyrov’s nephew, who de jure was the Minister of Agrarian Policy in Chechnya, and now he came to Melitopol to rob our civilian population,” Fedorov said.
The Center for Journalistic Investigations previously reported that the nephew Kadyrov Khasan Ibragimov became «representative» Chairman of Chechnya in the occupied parts of the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
