Gaidai: 10% of the territory of the Lugansk region is controlled by Ukraine
10 % of the territory of the Lugansk region are under the control of the Ukrainian military. This was announced by the head of the Lugansk Regional State Administration Serhiy Gaidai.

He also said that the Russians fired at one of the buildings of the Severodonetsk hospital, as a result of the shelling, a fire broke out.
«About a dozen shells was specially issued specifically for the building of the medical institution. Before this incident, there were 300 beds for the treatment of patients, now there are only 100 left (do not forget that there are still 10 thousand people in the city and another five thousand in the surrounding villages) & # 187;, & # 8212; Gaidai said.
