The Russian occupation forces will try to completely capture the Donetsk and Luhansk regions before the end of March. Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, announced this on the air of an information telethon.
«Now Putin or collective Putin has set a task for Gerasimov and the occupation corps in Ukraine until the end of March – this is another date, there have already been many such dates – to occupy the Ukrainian Donbass and reach the administrative borders of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. But we are now seeing this haste, these crazy attempts and the abandonment of manpower, the burning of equipment, which are now taking place in the east,” he said.
Yusov noted that exacerbations are possible in other directions, but the key task for Russia now is the east, in order to «at least demonstrate something during the year of this shameful war».
