On the night of December 13, a powerful explosion was heard in the city of Klintsy in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation. This was reported by «RBC«.
Local governor Alexander Bogomaz accused the Ukrainian army of shelling.
According to the governor, Russian air defense forces shot down the missile, but its fragments fell on the territory of the industrial zone. No one was hurt from the fall.
At the same time, a video from the crash site subsequently appeared. It shows a large shell crater and damaged Russian equipment. The video was geolocated on the territory of the local military unit.

There was also a fire at night in the village of Klimovo, Bryansk region. There is also a military unit and a military airfield. Klimovo is located 30 km from the Ukrainian border, and Klintsy is 60 km away.
According to «Observer«, in Klimovo there is the central base of communications of Russia – military unit 47144. And in Klintsy in military unit 12721 a unit of the 144th Guards Motorized Rifle Division of the 20th Guards of the Combined Arms Army of the Russian Federation.
