The mayor of the capital of Ukraine, Vitaliy Klitschko, announced the decision of the Kyiv City Council on the afternoon of June 23. – … there is no noise absorber … – he wrote on his Telegram channel on Thursday. Klitschko noted that the ban will be in effect until the legal regime of martial law is lifted throughout Ukraine. Kyiv City Council also banned the sale and launch of fireworks in the capital.
