This was announced by the head of the regional state administration Sergei Gaidai in his Telegram channel. – Unfortunately, the enemy was successful in the direction of Toshkovka. They threw there a huge amount of equipment, personnel. As a result, they were successful, they captured Toshkovka. Shelling continues throughout the territory and attempts to create an encirclement along the Lysichansk-Bakhmut highway, but so far there has been no success in this direction, Gaidai said. According to him, our military sees everything and is preparing for different scenarios and are not afraid that they will be taken into the environment. In this case, the fighters also have options. As the official noted, Lisichansk is now under heavy shelling, but the Russians have not yet managed to enter it. – Enter the city and cut off its occupiers cannot. Every day, Russians have dozens of dead and twice as many wounded, the hospitals are overcrowded, – said the chairman of the Luhansk Regional State Administration. Gaidai also reminded that more than 1,000 civilians are hiding in the basement of the Azot plant today, among them – 38 children. The police regularly talk to them, persuade them to leave the city, but they categorically refuse. The official said that drinking water, food and medicines are constantly delivered to those hiding on Azot.
