In Ukraine, the party of the mother of the head of Naftogaz Vitrenko was banned
The 12th pro-Russian party was banned in Ukraine. She became the Progressive Socialist Party of Ukraine Natalia Vitrenko, mother of the head of Naftogaz Yuriy Vitrenko. The corresponding claim of the Ministry of Justice was satisfied by the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal. – Consequently, the court decided to transfer all property, funds and other assets of this party to the ownership of the state. This also applies to regional, city and district organizations of the specified political party, as well as primary organizations and other structural entities. The counterclaim of the party to recognize the actions of the Ministry of Justice as illegal was denied, the Ministry of Justice reported. The Security Service of Ukraine noted that 12 pro-Russian parties have already been banned on its initiative. – This decision was made on the basis of the presidential decree, the decision of the National Security and Defense Council and the corresponding response of the SBU to threats to the national security of Ukraine. Representatives of these political forces relayed the official position of Russia regarding our state, supported and popularized the anti-Ukrainian policy and created a threat to the national security of Ukraine. The SBU will continue to represent and defend the interests of the state in such court cases, the SBU Telegram channel says. The Progressive Socialist Party of Ukraine was registered in 1996. Natalia Vitrenko ran for this party in the presidential elections in 1999 and 2004. She has a doctorate in economics.
