A missile hit the Amstor shopping center in Kremenchug, Poltava region around 16:00, killing 13 people. Interior Minister Denis Monastyrsky arrived at the scene of the tragedy. The SBU opened the proceedings due to violation of the laws and customs of war. The Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the mall was hit by Kh-22 missiles. Russia fired them from Tu-22M3 long-range bombers that took off from the Kaluga region.
