Ksyusha Maneken – about the explosion in his native Kremenchug: It became scary from children's cries
Blogger Ksyusha Maneken was not far from the Amstor shopping center in Kremenchug at the time of the explosion . She told about it in her Instagram. – At the time of the tragedy, I was a few blocks from the mall. Personally, I was not afraid at the time of the explosion. But I became scared when I heard the screams of children who were also nearby. I can not give my comments and voice my personal feelings at the moment of the explosion, because they will not be censored. But one thing I can say for sure: Russia is a terrorist country, the girl said. According to Ksyusha's stories, she came to her hometown for her mother's birthday. 
A missile hit the Amstor shopping center in Kremenchug, Poltava region around 16:00, killing 13 people. Interior Minister Denis Monastyrsky arrived at the scene of the tragedy. The SBU opened the proceedings due to violation of the laws and customs of war. The Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the mall was hit by Kh-22 missiles. Russia fired them from Tu-22M3 long-range bombers that took off from the Kaluga region.
