Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba called on the world community to prepare for the defeat of Russia in the war against Ukraine. He wrote about this on Twitter.
«Dear politicians, experts, representatives of the media and academia abroad. I know it's hard for some of you to imagine a Ukrainian victory, but we are on our way. It is better to prepare now for the defeat of Russia, rather than trying to explain why Ukraine cannot or should not win»,— noted the minister.
