On the morning of 17 October, Russian invaders attacked Kyiv with Iranian kamikaze drones. This was announced by the mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko.
According to him, at least four explosions thundered in the Shevchenko district. As a result of the drone attack, a fire broke out in a non-residential building.
Anton Gerashchenko, an adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, said that one of the drones hit a multi-storey building. Also in Kyiv, traffic was blocked on the section between Khreshchatyk and the circus.
Another strike was recorded near the railway station.
