Lavrov announced the need to “push the Armed Forces of Ukraine” to a safe distance
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced the need to «push» away Ukrainian troops so that long-range weapons that the West will supply do not reach the territory of the Russian Federation. He said this in an interview with the propaganda media.
«If now we are striving to move the artillery of the Ukrainian armed forces to a distance that will not pose a threat to our territories, then the more long-range weapons supplied to the Kyiv regime, the further it will need to be moved away from the territories that are our country», — he said.
At the same time, the Russian minister complained that no one “pulled down” President Vladimir Zelensky when he stated that he did not understand who makes decisions in Russia and with whom he should talk. In this regard, Lavrov concluded that the Ukrainian leader feels «independent» figure, as well as those who are «manipulated».
Among other things, Lavrov once again repeated propaganda narratives that the entire NATO bloc is fighting against Russia today, and the Russian Federation itself does not refuse negotiations.
