The Russian special services are planning provocations at the critical infrastructure of Belarus, in particular, at the Ostrovets nuclear power plant. Ukraine and NATO are planning to blame the terrorist attacks, the press service of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports.
