Painter: Fierce battles for Soledar continue. APU repel attacks day and night
Fighting for Soledar is constantly going on, Ukrainian soldiers repulse enemy attacks day and night. Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar announced this on her Telegram channel.
«The fierce battles for Soledar continue. Our warriors are repulsing the enemy's continuous attacks — day and night», — wrote Malyar.
According to her, the enemy is suffering heavy losses, but continues to carry out the criminal orders of his command.
- The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the Russian military on the evening of 12 January allegedly “took control” of Soledar. On the evening of January 13, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the fighting for the city was continuing.
- CNN journalists stated that they witnessed the organized withdrawal of Ukrainian defenders from Soledar on January 13.
