Putin: We will strive to end the war against Ukraine faster, but without intensification
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said that Russia does not aim to «spin the flywheel» war in Ukraine and strives for its speedy completion. Russian media write about this.
«Our goal — not to spin this flywheel of a military conflict, but, on the contrary, to end this war, we are striving for this and will continue to strive»,— Putin told reporters on Thursday.
He noted at the same time: «we will strive to ensure that this is completed». «And the sooner the better, of course», — the president emphasized.
Speaking about the course of hostilities, the president of the Russian Federation added: «well, as for what is happening and how… I have already said many times: «the intensification of hostilities leads to unjustified losses, the chicken pecks grain by grain».
