Russia again hit Ukraine with missiles. There was a threat of falling into a nuclear reactor

February 18, Russian invaders fired four Kalibr cruise missiles across Ukraine from the Black Sea. This is reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Two of the four missiles were destroyed by Ukrainian air defense forces and means.

The mayor of Khmelnitsky Oleksandr Simchyshyn said on the air of the telethon that as a result of the morning shelling, 10 buildings and two people were injured.

«There are three damaged educational institutions and about 10 multi-storey residential buildings, about half a thousand windows were destroyed, part of the equipment was damaged, one private vehicle was damaged. There are two injured — minor injuries», — said the head of the city.

A correspondent on the air noted that the rockets hit in one of the microdistricts of the city, two people were hospitalized.

According to «Energoatom» , during today's shelling of Ukraine by the invaders at the South Ukrainian nuclear power plant at 8:25 and 8:27, flights of two enemy cruise missiles were recorded.

It is specified that the air objects were moving along the channel of the Southern Bug in the direction of the city of Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv region and flew dangerously close to a nuclear facility.

«The threat of falling into a reactor with possible consequences – a nuclear catastrophe – was again high. This is another act of Russian nuclear terrorism that threatens the security of the whole world!» — stressed in «Energoatom».
