On Saturday, December 24, the Russians shelled the center of Kherson, killing people. This was reported by the Kherson regional prosecutor's office.
It is reported that the invaders got into places with the most massive concentrations of local residents.
As a result, at least eight civilians were killed, another 17 civilians received wounds. Several people were hospitalized with serious injuries.
Civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged, including residential buildings, administrative buildings and vehicles.
Deputy Head of the Office of the President Kirill Tymoshenko said that 58 were already known to be injured, of 18 of them are heavy.
