The Security Service of Ukraine detained in Kherson the ex-head of the bank of the Russian Federation, who introduced the «ruble zone» in the city. This was reported by the press center of the department.

The detainee is the head of the former branch of the Russian-controlled «international settlement bank», which opened its «branches» in the occupied regions of southern Ukraine.

With the help of the specified «financial institution» Gauleiter of the captured part of Kherson, Vladimir Saldo, tried to equip more than 200 banking «representative offices» aggressor country according to «experience» creation of an extensive network of Russian «settlement bank» in the occupied areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
