The court arrested the property of Russian companies in Ukraine in the amount of more than 4.5 billion hryvnia
The court seized property owned by Russian corporations, the total value of more than 4.5 billion hryvnia. This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General. – The court seized the corporate rights of nine Ukrainian enterprises belonging to the Russian holding companies Rostec, Tatneft, RusAl and HMS Group, and also for 70 real estate objects, including property complexes and land plots, with a total value of over UAH 4.5 billion, the message says. During the investigation, the security forces discovered assets of Russian corporations hidden in offshore jurisdictions that could be used in subversive activities against the country. Then the investigators petitioned to seize the property of these companies. On this fact, the prosecutor's office opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 113 “Sabotage” and part 1 of Art. 437 “Planning, preparing, unleashing and waging a war of aggression” of the Criminal Code. The investigation into the case is ongoing.
