The OP told if there will be additional mobilization in Ukraine

The issue of additional mobilization in Ukraine will depend on the situation at the front and what effect the mobilization will have in Russia. Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the President's Office, stated this in a commentary to the UP.

According to him, almost from the first days of the Russian invasion, Ukraine has been actively forming its reserves, structuring its personnel capabilities through the TRO, actively agreeing on training centers, including including with its partners.

Podolyak stressed that, unlike Russia, which will send a mass of unprepared reserves to the front to show the quantity, Ukraine intends to use high-quality specialists.

«Because this is not a war of small arms, but of heavy artillery, sophisticated equipment, special software. Therefore, today it is important to have specialists, which is what we are doing together with partners. Quality, not quantity», — said Podolyak.

The adviser to the head of the Presidential Office stressed that the adjustments on the part of the Ukrainian side would directly depend on Russian mobilization.

«We are closely monitoring how the process of mobilization is underway in Russia. What and how they collect there. How many will be sent to the front line. How will this mass manifest itself? And it is precisely on this that our adjustments will depend, if they are needed. It is important not just to talk mechanically about mobilization, about its additional implementation. It is much better, understanding the principles of war, to rely on the training of precisely high-quality specialists, which is much more important in modern warfare & # 187;, & # 8212; he concluded.
