Seaplane pilot hospitalized after crash in Saint-F&élix-d’Otis

A seaplane s& #x27;crashed in Saint-Félix-d'Otis on Saturday afternoon.

Emergency services were alerted around 3:30 p.m.

The pilot was alone on board the aircraft. The septuagenarian would have experienced difficulties while the seaplane was in full flight.

According to the Sûreté du Québec, the aircraft ended its course when it collided with trees on private land on Chemin du Lac-à -the ball.

The pilot was taken to hospital for treatment for serious injuries. Fortunately, his life would not be in danger.

The criminal thesis has already been dismissed by the SQ. However, the exact cause of the crash has not been determined.

The Transportation Safety Board of Canada will look into the matter.
