The Russians are approaching Lisichansk, but there are no street fights in the city
Russian servicemen have been spotted in the suburbs of Lysichansk, Luhansk region, but there are no fights on the streets of the city itself. Sergey Gaidai, head of the regional state administration, announced this on his Telegram channel. – There are Russian troops in the vicinity of Lisichansk, but there is no talk of street fighting yet. They bombard the city from several directions. There is a lot of artillery and enemy personnel near Lisichansk, but Lisichansk is not cordoned off. We advise people to constantly stay in shelters, because evacuation is now impossible, – Gaidai said. According to the official, Russian troops are now remotely mining roads. As for the infrastructure in the regional center, it is completely destroyed, and the Russians will not be able to restore it. Also, the head of the Lugansk Regional State Administration addressed the residents of Severodonetsk, urging them to evacuate the city. According to him, the Russian troops there have already “appointed” the so-called “head of the city”, who does not understand anything in the management of the city.
