Tretyakova's husband's phone was checked because of messages to Russian numbers
The SBU checked the phone of Galina Tretyakova, MP's spouse from the Servant of the People faction. This was announced on Tuesday afternoon by the Politika Strana Telegram channel. – As it turned out, her husband sent massive text messages from his mobile phone to Russian numbers with photos of murders and atrocities. The SBU arrived, they were shown the phone and they left, – said the head of the faction David Arakhamia. Galina Tretyakova herself and her husband Sergei Popov have not yet commented on the incident. The publication noted that the network there was information that the SBU conducted searches at the home of Galina Tretyakova. The preliminary reason was that the analysis of the Internet traffic of her phone showed constant contacts with Russian subscribers. On September 21, 2019, she married a colleague in the civil liberties Institute Sergei Popov. On May 3, the Servant of the People expelled People's Deputy Alexei Kovalev, who is in occupied Kherson, from the faction.
