According to him, this system will contain information not only about Russian soldiers, but also about their commanders, who gave orders to kill Ukrainians. – The creation of such an information system continues. Such a “Book of Executioners” is one of the foundations not only of the responsibility of the soldiers of the occupying army directly perpetrators of war crimes, but also of their commanders – those who gave the order to do everything they did in Ukraine, – he stressed. As the head of state noted, thanks to the “Book of Executioners” all Russians guilty of war crimes committed in our country will be punished.
