Ulss7 Pedemontana also adheres to the 2021 edition of the (H) Open Week promoted throughout Italy by the Onda Foundation, on the occasion of April 22, National Women’s Health Day.
In fact, from 19 to 25 April numerous initiatives are planned, with the involvement of various specialists from the hospital of Santorso (awarded by Onda with three Pink Stamps, the highest possible score) and from District 2, to provide information and raise public awareness on prevention of various pathologies.
More in detail, for the Multiple Sclerosis Clinic of the UOC of Neurology, on Thursday 22 April from 9 to 12, doctors Giovanna Di Palma and Simona Carella will be available on 0445 571514 to answer questions regarding Multiple Sclerosis.
The UOC Obstetrics and Gynecology, on the other hand, between 19 and 23 April will publish on the company social channels a series of information materials concerning women’s health and the services offered: Obstetrics and Delivery Room, Gynecology, Oncology Gynecology, Medically Assisted Procreation, courses in Gynecology and Obstetrics during the Covid emergency.
And again, the Alto Vicentino Mental Health Center will be available to citizens for telephone interviews, on the days of 22 and 23 April, from 9 to 12, on 0445 388757, for information on the organization of the service and on how to access services relating to health problems expressed.
Finally, the staff of Cà Dotta belonging to the Prevention Department will publish on the company social channels some materials specially created to sensitize adolescents on correct lifestyles, also with a view to preventing the use of narcotic substances and in general of behaviors that can generate dependencies.
