UN Commission finds no evidence of genocide in Russia's war against Ukraine

Chapter Eric Mjose told the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry into Violations in Ukraine that at present, no evidence of genocide by the Russian Federation has been found in the investigation of human rights violations in Ukraine. This was reported by «Interfax-Ukraine«.

«We did not find that there was a genocide in Ukraine»,&# 8212; Mjose said at a press conference on Thursday.

He also added that the commission is looking into the evidence as there are «some aspects that might raise questions» about a possible genocide.
