Ukraine is negotiating the acquisition of anti-aircraft missile systems to counter Iranian missiles. This was stated by Andriy Yermak, head of the President's Office.
According to him, Ukrainian defenders managed to shoot down 12 out of 13 Iranian drones during the night.
«Now we are actively conducting dialogue on the supply of modern air defense systems, we are working on this every day. We will get them because some hope to bring missiles from Iran to continue the terror of our country»,— Yermak noted.
The head of the Presidential Office added that Russia’s desire to receive Iranian missiles only confirms the work of the sanctions – now the Russian military machine is becoming dependent on sanctioned Iran and on the remnants of Soviet tanks, which Belarus helps them to repair. At the same time, he assured that Ukraine is doing everything possible and impossible to speed up the supply of modern weapons and will maintain its energy, despite Russia's dreams of destroying the Ukrainians.
