Zelensky called the decisive period in the confrontation with the aggressor country

The next six months will be decisive in many respects in the confrontation that Russia began with its aggression, and will require even greater efforts. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky in an address to the European Council.

«The next six months will be largely decisive in the confrontation that Russia started with this aggression. Aggression against Ukraine and against each of you, because the final target of Russia — far beyond our borders and Ukrainian sovereignty. The next six months will require even more effort from us than this past tense», — the president noted.

Zelensky named five aspects that should be paid attention to in the next six months. In particular, he stressed that Russia's energy terror must be defeated in all forms. The second aspect, according to the President, is the winter stability of Ukraine. He called on international partners to continue to make every effort so that the state can support the energy supply of Ukrainians.

«The third aspect — defense support. It should be no less than in the past six months. We need more modern weapons, more supplies», — said the head of state.

According to him, the fourth aspect is diplomacy. At the same time, the president called on partners to support the Ukrainian formula for peace. «And the fifth for the next six months. Value Task», — Zelensky added.

The head of state also expressed confidence that all this would be implemented. «Because for Ukraine and for Europe, when we are together, nothing is impossible. We will defeat any terror, we will implement any of our common tasks,” Zelensky said.
