Zelensky formed the Lisichansk military administration and appointed its leader

President Vladimir Zelensky signed a decree on the formation of the Lisichansk city military administration. He appointed Valery Shibik as the head of the department. The corresponding document is published on the website of the head of state.

– In pursuance of the Law of Ukraine “On the legal regime of martial law” I decide to form the Lisichansk city military administration of the Severodonetsk district of the Luhansk region. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Luhansk Regional State Administration, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law”, measures related to the formation of the military administration specified in Article 1 of this decree, the message says.

Another By decree, Zelensky appointed Valery Shibik head of the Lisichansk city military administration of the Severodonetsk district of the Luhansk region. Both documents come into force from the day of their publication.
