Zelensky: Russia fired more than 4,700 missiles into Ukraine

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Russia has used more than 4,700 missiles against Ukraine. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an address to the members of the International Organization of La Francophonie.

«Today is the 270th day of a full-scale war. More than 4,700 missiles were used by Russia. Hundreds of our cities are simply burned. Thousands of people died. Hundreds of thousands have been forcibly deported to Russia. Millions left Ukraine for other countries, fleeing the war», — said the Ukrainian leader.

He also said that Russia carried out almost a hundred missile strikes last Tuesday, leaving more than 20 million people without power.

«Do you know what this missile attack is? This is more than 20 million people without electricity. Such was the harm to the power system, such was the urgent emergency shutdown. The reactors at two of our nuclear power plants were also shut down due to a missile attack on the power industry»,— Zelensky said.

  • A collection of 1,000 anti-drone guns has been opened in Ukraine.
