Zelensky: Russia is preparing a revenge, but they will not succeed
< p> President Vladimir Zelensky, describing the situation at the front, said that the fighting slowed down in winter. He said this during a speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
«War really slows down in winter. There are clear circumstances and clear reasons. Everyone gets tired: nature, people and, thank God, the enemy too. It all looks like this: daily fierce battles in the east of our state. We stand firm and strong… As for other parts of our state, south and north, we control the situation», — emphasized the president.
He noted that the Ukrainian authorities see that Russia is trying to go forward, strengthen and prepare for revenge.
«We believe that they will not succeed, because they are not fighting against Ukraine, but against a civilized approach to life», — Zelensky added.
- Polish President Andrzej Duda said the next few months will be decisive for the future of Ukraine.
